This is not only related to whether the machine can be consumed normally and whether the products produced can meet the requirements, but more importantly, the clamping force of the machine is properly adjusted. Can extend the service life of the machine. So, how to adjust the clamping force of the injection molding machine?
1. Turn off the mold lifting installation switch, adjust the thickness of the mold, until the two sides of the mold are fixed at the beginning, and cut off the mold lifting installation switch.
2. Manually open the mold until the mold is opened, start the mold adjustment and installation, reduce the thickness of the mold, generate the mold adjustment force, cut off the mold for adjustment and installation, and stop the slow mold adjustment operation. The reduction of mold thickness is proportional to the generated mold force, but if the mold thickness is reduced too much, the mold cannot be locked, so the mold thickness must be gradually reduced.
3. Repeat the above-mentioned 2 conditioning operations until the winch and guide post produce sufficient clamping force, and the clamping force is not too high. As long as it can ensure that the injection parts and products will not produce flash during injection molding, the machine can be guaranteed Life.
4. When adjusting the clamping force, the express clamping cannot be used.
